Contains Michigan State Normal College reports and estimates for maintaining facilities on campus between 1939 and 1941. The majority of these reports and correspondence cover the following work, dates, and facilities: - Structural maintenance on Rackham, Science Building, Power House, Gymnasium, Briggs Field House, Pease Auditorium, Home Management House, Health Residence, Roosevelt School, the administration building, and old Pierce Hall (circa 1940) - Upkeep statements/expenses for McKenny Hall, King Hall, Goodison Hall, and Munson Hall (between November and December 1940) - Repair statements for old Pierce Hall, Pease Auditorium, the Science Building, Welch Hall, and Starkweather Hall (circa 1939) - A comparative list of new buildings and their prices between 1913 and 1931 - Repair statements for old Pierce Hall including the rental of scaffolding and labor such as carpenters and masons(circa 1941) - A catalog of replacement appliances for King Hall, Goodison Hall, the library, Welch Hall, and McKenny Hall - Monthly financial statements for McKenny Hall and the student residence halls (combined) between August 1939 and June 1940
