The Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity collection contains information on newspaper clippings and flyers, correspondence, financial records, meeting notes, membership, photographs, scholarship and a Kappa Alpha Psi event polo shirt. The collection is arranged alphabetically, with the Kappa Alpha Psi event polo shirt being housed in its own box. The meeting notes and membership information is further subdivided.

The meeting notes series is divided into chronological files that date from 1958-1961, 1966-1975, and 1975-1976. The membership series includes membership lists, pledge letters, pledge registration forms, and request forms for authorization to initiate.

Records date from 1954-2010, with the bulk of the records dating from 1963-1975, and 1991-1993.
