Materials in this series include awards received, corporate and production calendars, legal contracts for agreements such as leases and royalty rights, various correspondence, including audience feeback on productions and workshops, activity information from corporate luncheons, marketing plans and advertisements, board meeting minutes, documents related to Wild Swan Theater's nonprofit status, resumes, contracts, surveys, and presentations.

Abstract

The Administrative series includes materials related to the management and administration of the Wild Swan Theater during its 40 years of operation. Material is dated 1980 to 2020 and contains administrative records including marketing materials, audience feedback, photographs, contracts, strategic plans, and bylaws.

Arrangement

The Administrative series contains documents pertaining to the administration and management of the theatre, and materials include correspondence, pamphlets, meeting minutes, strategic plans, and bylaws. The Administrative series is subdivided further into ten sub-series: Awards, Calendars, Contracts, Correspondence, Events, Governing Board, Human Resources, Marketing and Media, Wild Swan Theater 501(c)(3) Documents, and Work Travel,.

The Awards subseries contains documents related to awards that the Wild Swan Theater has received or been nominated for.

The Calendar subseries contains both production and corporate calendars.

The Contracts subseries contains documents related to contracts Wild Swan Theater has had for the use of work or space. Materials include leases, royalty rights contracts, and rental agreements.

The Correspondence subseries contains letters and correspondence between theater staff, other institutions, and audience feedback. Materials include thank you letters, art from children, general correspondence not related to a specific production, and letters of support.

The Events subseries contains media related to theater corporate luncheon events and organizational conferences. Materials include speeches, powerpoints, videodiscs, photographs, and negatives

The Governing Board subseries contains meeting minutes from the various board meetings held over the course of the theater's existence. Materials include meeting minutes, proposals, board rosters, and agendas.

The Human Resources subseries contains documents related to Wild Swan Theater's staff and their employment. Materials include resumes and resources.

The Marketing and Media subseries contains various press releases, images, and advertisements designed to promote the theater and its performances. Materials include photographs, newspapers, and brochures.

The Wild Swan Theater 501(c)(3) Documents subseries contains documents related to Wild Swan Theater's nonprofit status. Materials include corporate bylaws, strategic plans, and organizational history.

The Work Travel subseries contains documents related to travel preparations for out-of-state performances put on by the theater. Materials include travel brochures, correspondence, and itineraries.
