Newspaper clippings, correspondence, and reports related to the murder of student Laura Dickinson in 2006, the trials and conviction of Orange Taylor, and the resulting scandal over the university's failure to disclose in a timely fashion that Dickinson was murdered which cost several top administrators their jobs, including President John Fallon, Vice President for Student Affairs James Vick, and Director of Public Safety Cindy Hall.
Department of Health and Safety records
The Department of Health and Safety records includes minutes from 1948-51, 1994-2000 and program manuals for a variety of initiatives on campus. Most recently known as the Office of Environmental Health and Safety, the goal of the office is to assist the campus community in complying with safety, health and environmental regulations.
