Biopgraphical note
Emma Woodman was an alumni of Michigan State Normal College, now known as Eastern Michigan University. Woodman trained as an art teacher while at school, and then taught in Eureka, California and Albuquerque, New Mexico. She was in school around 1901 to 1902.
