Scope and Contents

The Eastern Michigan University Curriculum Committee made decisions regarding academic curriculum for the entire University. Decisions were influenced by faculty, alumni, and current students. Meeting minutes of the Committee detail the committee members as well as other attendees who presented curriculum proposals.

The Curriculum Committee records have been divided into two series: Meeting Minutes and Analyses. The Meeting Minutes include meeting agendas, attendance lists, and minutes, as well as any supplemental information, such as proposals that were discussed at each meeting. The Meeting Minute files have been arranged chronologically by academic year. The Analyses series is composed of reports published on behalf on the Committee in order to identify and evaluate curriculum needs.
