The Education Conference on the campus of Eastern Michigan University was a series of scheduled conferences and workshops that allowed regional researchers, teachers, and educators to present, demonstrate, offer workshops, and discuss work in their curriculum of instruction. The conferences dealt with a wide range of topics such as drug awareness, school safety, conflict management, dispute resolution, women's peace, human rights, science, business, art, marketing, child care, child health and welfare, leadership, automotive, LGBT, bus driving, music, cheerleading, and consumer education
