Program Improvements records
Scope and Contents
The Program Improvement records are composed of reports published by the Eastern Michigan University Planning, Budgeting & Analysis staff, in conjunction with the annual budget plans. Proposed program improvements represented projects from a variety of divisions within the University. Proposals that were not funded rolled over into the following fiscal year.
The Program Improvement records have been arranged chronologically from 1987 through 2000, and also includes a series of Above-Base Proposals for Program Improvement for the years 1994 and 1996-1997.

Researchers are asked to request materials 24 hours prior to visiting the the University Archives.
Administrative History
The Program Improvement records were published annually by the Eastern Michigan University Planning, Budgeting & Analysis staff in order to outline proposals in response to Institutional Priorities. The reports were published alongside the General Fund budget plans.
