AFFILIATED ORGANIZATIONS documents groups and organizations that the AAUG was associated with. The subgroup is arranged in four subseries; Delegations, International Governments, Organizations, and Universities. Files within each subseries are arranged alphabetically. Notable organizations include the Arab Americans of Central Ohio, the Institute for Arab of Arab Studies, National Association of Arab-Americans, United Nations, and United States Government Organizations.

The Board of Directors subseries documents the activities of through agendas and handouts, as well as board of director elections, and presidential files pertaining to Abbas Alnasrawi, Halim Barakat, and the State of the Association Presidential Address.
