The Sesquicentennial Oral History collection is composed of interviews by Laurence N. Smith on the history of Eastern Michigan University.

The Teaching Excellence Awards collection consists of a trophy given at Eastern Michigan University to faculty; candidates are nominated by alumni and students, and seven faculty members are awarded every year.

The 150th Anniversary Celebration collection contains artifacts that were produced for the celebration. Each artifact is labeled with the 150th Anniversary Celebration slogan. The collection is arranged in alphabetical order, and contains two series: 150th Celebration Memorabilia and Video Tapes. All records date from 1999.

The Water Tower bookend is a metal bookend, coated in bronze paint, representing in miniature the Ypsilanti Water Tower on the Eastern Michigan University campus.
