Abstract The Somalia Project was a collaboration contracted by the United States Agency for International Development (AID) between Eastern Michigan University and Somalia. EMU and Somalia entered into an agreement to sponsor faculty and student exchange programs in an effort to create teaching training and teacher education programs in Somalia.
