Abstract
A collection of color slides from the Coordinated Program in Dietetics used for recruitment presentations. Primarily color slides created between 1974 and 1980, images include students conducting interviews with mock patients, leading workshops on diabetic diets, and working in a variety of commercial kitchens. There are some images of students in the program studying, at events and around campus.
