The Administrative Files series is organized into five subseries: Correspondence, Events, General, Minutes, and Publications and Press. Correspondence consists of incoming and outgoing emails of Dr. Dale Rice associated with the Office of AS-L. Events consist of materials related to events hosted or sponsored by the Office of AS-L, such as the Appreciation Breakfast and the Celebration of Partners events. General contains files pertaining to AS-L Dissemination and Learning Beyond the Class Room requests. Minutes contain meeting minutes and agendas from meetings associated with the Office of AS-L. Publications and Press include materials written and produced by the Office of Academic Service-Learning, templates and logos for letterhead and certificates and newspaper clippings pertaining to the program. Materials in this series have been arranged alphabetically.
