Administrative History

The Department of Business and Industrial Education was a division within the Eastern Michigan University College of Technology, which was established in 1980. The department was later absorbed into the Department of Business and Technology Education. While business and technology education are still part of the College of Technology curriculum, this department no longer exists. Currently, the College of Technology consists of 1800 undergraduates, 450 graduate students, and 50 tenure track faculty.
