Abstract
The Twenty Club records include documents relevant to the group's founding in 1904 at Michigan State Normal College. The collection includes membership lists, meeting minutes, newsletters, and other materials from 1906 until 2000. The collection is valuable to the study of private clubs and well-known faculty members.

Administrative History Note
The Twenty Club was founded in 1906 by 20 faculty members at the Michigan State Normal College to discuss scholarly papers. The group expanded its membership beyond the original 20 in later years, and hosted different events including dinner parties. The Twenty Club remained a part of the university for over a century.
