On January 1, 1962 Eastern Michigan University, joined the University of Michigan and Wayne State University in a program providing adult education classes through the University center for Adult Education. The University Center for Adult Education records date from 1960-1979 and include correspondence, booklets, clippings, and pamphlets affiliated with this program.
