William F. Shuter papers
William F. Shuter was an emeritus professor from the Eastern Michigan University Department of English, Language, and Literature from 1968 until 2004. The majority of the William F. Shuter papers are research files dating from 1968 through 2004. They are arranged by topic including general research and writing, his research on Walter Pater, and his research on contemporary religion.
William H. Sherzer papers
The William H. Sherzer papers document Sherzer's personal and professional life. Sherzer taught geology and was head of the natural sciences at Michigan State Normal College from 1892-1932. His collection includes clippings, biographical information, correspondence, photographs, Sherzer's publications and resource publications. The collection is arranged alphabetically. Records date from 1885-1968.
Women's and Gender Studies Department records
The Women's and Gender Studies Department was initiated in 1975 and has grown from offering the first minor in Women's Studies in Michigan, to offering an undergraduate major and minor, and the state's only stand-alone Master of Arts in Women's and Gender Studies. The Women's Studies records range from 1970 to 2010 and include correspondence, minutes, program reviews, cassette tapes, video tapes, fliers, poems, clippings, pamphlets, and photographs.
