Brian Steimel collection
The Brian Steimel collection is organized into two series: OFFICE FILES and VISUAL MATERIALS. The OFFICE FILES series contains publications from different groups of the campus community, publicity related to campus events, and correspondence, as well as library-specific materials. The VISUAL MATERIALS series contains digital media, library cards, and photographs. Also included in this series are EMU ephemera and a puppet created and used by Steimel.
Brian Steimel T-shirt collection
The Brian Steimel T-Shirt collection includes a variety of t-shirts created for events on campus, collected by an alumni and employee of Eastern Michigan University Brian Steimel. Events range from festivals sponsored by WEMU, departmental t-shirts, homecoming, and programatic materials and date from 1987-2011.

Budget and Finance reports
The Budget & Finance reports detail the financial activities and budgetary decision at Eastern Michigan University from 1961 through 2011. In addition to a wide variety of reports that are organized by the title of the report, the collection includes series of materials related to Expenditures by Account, Memorandum, and Press related materials.

The Budget Requests detail the financial needs and priorities of various departments at Eastern Michigan University from 1975 through 1996.
Cabaret, 1987, 1987
The final series of Recordings and Sheet Music includes recording of several concerts and performances at Eastern Michigan University and Michigan State Normal College that includes Concert Winds and Glee Club, Eastern Michigan University Madrigals, guest artists, poetry series, Symphonic Band, and Ypsilanti Normal Choir. The sheet music in this collection was either composed by faculty, staff or alumni and/or has a specific connection to the University such as the fight song.
