Scope and Contents

From the Collection:

The Office of Human Resources collection contains materials related to hiring needs, benefit implentation, compensation, labor relations, diveristy and affirmative actions, and training and development. The largest function of this office is supporting non-instructional staff, including bargained-for and non-bargained for employees.

The collection is arranged into one series: the ADMINISTRATIVE series and two subseries. This series contains information related to the Banner System implementation and compensation projects.

Considering the scope of the Office Human Resources, materials in this collection are sparse. Other materials related to the function of HR can be found in the Classification Specifications records (02.CS), Salary records (010.S), UAW 1975 records (010.UWC), Office Professional Technical records (010.UAWOPT), and AFSCME records (010.AFSCME).
