The Office of Human Resources collection contains materials related to hiring needs, benefit implentation, compensation, labor relations, diveristy and affirmative actions, and training and development. The largest function of this office is supporting non-instructional staff, including bargained-for and non-bargained for employees.

The collection is arranged into one series: the ADMINISTRATIVE series and two subseries. This series contains information related to the Banner System implementation and compensation projects.
