Historic Moving Image collection
Abstract
The Historic Moving Image collection is a mix of original film footage of campus events and films produced for marketing and instructional purposes. The collection is organized into two record groups based on material type: film and VHS tape. When available on the original object the title, date, and run time have been included in the item description. Included in the collection is commencement exercises, campus events, athletics and educational series from a variety of departments. The originating offices for these materials are unknown.

Researchers are asked to request materials 24 hours prior to visiting the the University Archives.

Materials in this collection requires the use of obsolete viewing equipment. In some cases, equipment for public use can be obtained, but requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of viewing. In some cases a digital copy will be made to preserve the original object.
