The Eagle Filmmakers Association is a student organization on the campus of Eastern Michigan University. Materials in the collection date from 2014-2016 and were initially collected for a museum exhibit about student organizations. The collection does not include any official documents about the foundation, running or additional activities of the organization. In November of 2020, the EFA posted on social media that the would "no longer be meeting for the rest of the Fall 2020 semester. This choice has been made by the Executive Board of the Organization due to a number of factors including low attendance to meetings, lack of morale, lack of interest shown by members, and retrictions due to COVID-19." Nothing was posted after that date and they appeared as an inactive student organization in 2022.
