The School of Nursing records document the nursing program at Eastern Michigan University. Established in 1971, the School of Nursing strives to prepare competent professionals in an accredited program. The records contain two series: Administration and Curriculum, and Publicity and Outreach. The records are arranged alphabetically. Records date 1971-2009.
Nursing Program
The Carl Roland Anderson papers documents Anderson's time at Eastern Michigan University from 1947 - 1968. The collection is organized as it was given to University Archives. The collection contains materials including Anderson's personal papers, as well as information concerning educational training and field services. Of particular note is a collection of ledgers dating from 1882 - 1956 which were donated to University Archives by Anderson.
Office of the Provost records
The Office of the Provost records contains agendas, minutes, award overviews, sabbatical reports, award letters, approved and denied research funding letters, correspondence, and ratings and rankings from 1980-2015. Materials not included in this collection are the administrative files of individual Provosts, e.g. correspondence, schedules, initiatives, etc.
