The Michigan State Normal College Stereograph collection is composed of stereographic cards that were distributed to Ypsilanti area high schools in order to illustrate the MSNC campus, facilities, and student life. Although none of the stereographs is dated, a short letter from MSNC President Charles McKenny was included with each set, which would date the collection to approx. 1912-1933.

In the 1970's McKenny Union Directorate (MUD) coordinated movies and concerts on the campus of Eastern Michigan University. MUD cinema was a weekly film series which at one point was showing up to 5 movies a week.
