The Leadership Development Program, coordinated by James Mansfield in 1967, was designed to attract and assist potential campus leaders. The program gives students a chance to observe and discuss different aspects of leadership. The Leadership Development Program records range from 1966 to 1967 and include applications, correspondence, evaluations, final reports, organizational charts and retention information.
