Leadership Development Program records
Abstract
The Leadership Development Program, coordinated by James Mansfield in 1967, was designed to attract and assist potential campus leaders. The program gives students a chance to observe and discuss different aspects of leadership. The Leadership Development Program records range from 1966 to 1967 and include applications, correspondence, evaluations, final reports, organizational charts and retention information. Materials are arranged alphabetically.

Administrative Historical note
The Leadership Development Program, coordinated by James Mansfield, was designed to attract and assist potential campus leaders. The program gives students a chance to observe and discuss different aspects of leadership. The program began on February 16, 1967 and was designed to interest men and women with less than 54 cumulative hours of credit with 6 informal sessions followed by 6 week experience with a professional staff of consultants.
