The Eastern Michigan University Physical Plant maintains the physical environment on EMU's campus, including the exteriors and interiors of buildings, parking facilities, and landscaping. The Physical Plant records include materials related to the maintenance of the campus, as well as the administration of the Physical Plant Division.
The Student Center at Eastern Michigan University was dedicated in 2006 and serves as a gathering place for students. The Student Center records include materials from the groundbreaking and dedication, records for the Virtual Event Management system (EMS), and items distributed to promote the new building and the services within the building.
The University House records document the construction and controversy surrounding the President's home at Eastern Michigan University.
