The Business Wives records include newsletters, membership lists, and event plans of the group from 1971-1979. The Business Wives were a society of women bonded by marriage to Eastern Michigan University's College of Business faculty. This record is valuable to the study of women's social groups in the 1970s.

The Community Garden Oral History collection includes the transcriptions of five interviews with local gardeners conducted in 2010. The research and interviews were completed in hopes of comparing the current local food movement in southeast Michigan with that of Victory Gardens that were created in the area during World War II.
