Rural Education Student Organizations records
There have been several Rural Education Student Organizations at Michigan State Normal College. The Trailblazer Club was devoted to rural education, while the Collegiate Country Life Club was for students interested in rural life and in rural school teaching. The Rural Education Student Organizations records include materials from both of these organizations associated with rural education at Michigan State Normal College.

The School Songs collection (1874-2003) is comprised of sheet music, songbooks, lyrics sheets, an audio recording, and related clippings for songs, cheers, and yells related to Ypsilanti, Michigan State Normal College, and Eastern Michigan University, including various iterations of the school's fight song and anthem.

Student Aid records
The Student Aid records contain information regarding the first scholarship and loan program developed for students of the Normal College. From 1904 through the late 1960s, the Student Aid Corporation utilized donations and investing to provide students with scholarships and loans.
