Susan Martin collection
President's Executive Board Meeting records
The materials in the President's Executive Board records, 1913-1985, are arranged chronologically and are titled with the name used during the time period. A mix of correspondence and meeting minutes, the bulk of the collection are the approved minutes of meetings held with the University President and his advisors: Vice President for Instruction, Vice President for Student Affairs, etc.
Vice-President for Budget and Finance records
The Vice-President for Budget & Finance records detail the financial activities and budgetary decision at Eastern Michigan University for the approximate period 1959 to 1990. The records include such materials as audit and finance reports, Board of Regents recommendations on financial matters, clippings, news releases, and office administration records.
EMU Division of Communications collection
The Divisions of Communications collection contains materials related to the marketing and promotion of Eastern Michigan University. This includes athletics, academics, university programming, and government relations. The majority of the collection is audio/visual materials pertianing to athletics, programming, and other campus events.
Barriers to Learning Advisory Committee records
The Barriers to Learning Advisory Committee records include materials from the Barriers to Learning Initiative (BTL), an initative to improve university functions, from 1997-2000. The collection contains reports, agendas, initiatives, and other materials pertaining to the operation of BTL. This collection is valuable to the study of advisory committees and program initiatives in higher education.

Ellene (Nina) Tatras Contis served as the Assistant Vice President for Administrative Services from 2002 - 2004 and the Associate Vice President for Undergraduate Studies and Curriculum (now known as Associate Provost) from 2004 -2006. The Ellene (Nina) Tatras Contis papers date from 1994 through 2006 and contains papers both inherited from previous VPs and created by Contis. The majority of the collection is arranged alphabetically.
